Live22apk Terms and Conditions – Complete Malaysia User Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the live22apk platform — whether via website, Android, or iOS mobile app — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use live22apk services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party without our written consent.
• You are only permitted to hold one account only on the live22apk platform. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or repeatedly claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. live22apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from betting or subject to restrictions imposed by any relevant authority.

Live22apk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The KYC verification process requires submission of a valid national ID or passport along with proof of current address. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

In exceptional cases such as suspected fraud or technical disputes, live22apk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for internal investigation purposes for up to 72 business hours. Members will be notified via email or live chat of any delays.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

5. Wagering Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on live22apk are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each wager before confirming it. Wagers cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except under circumstances outlined in the specific cancellation policy.

• Sports bets will be settled based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body.
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or incomplete match, bets will be settled in accordance with the current game rules available on the platform.
• Live22apk reserves the right to void any wager placed based on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or inaccurate data.
• The use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in betting is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market or game are as displayed in the platform interface.

6. Account Security & Data Privacy

Members are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. live22apk recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Never share your password with anyone.

All member personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the live22apk Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Member Conduct

Live22apk members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for tax evasion or falsification of financial records.
• Fraud, betting manipulation, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false information or impersonating a live22apk representative on any platform.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Any form of harassment or threats directed at live22apk support staff.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Live22apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• The member has breached any term within this agreement.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The member failed to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, live22apk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For terminations arising from other valid reasons, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete.

9. live22apk Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, live22apk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform — including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

Live22apk strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, but cannot guarantee complete freedom from disruptions. In the event of an interruption affecting active wagers, outcomes will be settled in accordance with the available bet settlement policy.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Live22apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which live22apk operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
